Travel Medical-Surgical RN - $1,713 per week

About the role

This Med/Surg position is located near Hilton Head, SC at a hospital seeking RNs with Med/Surg/Tele experience and active BLS certification. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience and working knowledge of Meditech charting.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assess patients' needs and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Perform routine and complex medical procedures as directed by physicians.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report significant changes to healthcare providers.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely using Meditech charting system.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and infection control measures.

Requirements

• Current licensure as an RN in the state of practice.
• Active BLS certification.
• 3+ years of experience in Med/Surg/Tele setting.
• Working knowledge of Meditech charting system.

Qualifications

• Experience in critical care settings.
• Previous travel nursing experience.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
