Travel Medical-Surgical RN - $1,691 per week

Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, at a hospital in Gadsden, Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in a Med Surg setting.
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
• Perform assigned tasks and responsibilities according to established protocols.

Requirements

• 2 years of recent experience in Med Surg.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid license and/or certification in state of practice.
• Valid driver's license.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of recent experience in Med Surg.
• Current BLS required (certifications vary by location – job may require ACLS).
• Valid license and/or certification in state of practice.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Background and drug screen.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 12 hours, nights.
