Travel Medical-Surgical RN - $1,652 per week

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a medical surgical unit. The nurse will be responsible for providing exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients within a multidisciplinary team. The RN will manage a variety of medical conditions, ensuring the highest standards of patient advocacy and care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients on the medical surgical unit.
• Administer medications and perform treatment procedures as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Auxiliary in assessments, interventions, and patient education.
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system.

Requirements

• Active NC or compact RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Experience with Cerner EHR system and IV competency.

Pay & Schedule

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
