Travel Medical Surgical RN - $1,689 per week

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a 13‑week contract in Westwood, New Jersey. The position starts on 10/13/2026, requires 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts, and is open to first‑time travelers.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical nursing care.
• Manage patient assessments and establish individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in compliance with protocols.
• Utilize rapid response and code teams when necessary.
• Implement isolation precautions and handle infection control measures.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Active RN license (State or Compact) must be in hand at submission.
• Minimum of 1 year of charge nurse experience preferred.
• Experience with various charting systems required.
• Travel experience preferred.

Schedule

• Night shift: 3×12‑hour shifts (19:00 – 07:30).
• 36 hours per week.
