About the role
This position involves providing specialized care to patients requiring medical and surgical rehabilitation on the Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor (MS REHAB). The role supports patient recovery and functional improvement through skilled nursing and rehabilitation services.
Schedule
- Days shift, 12 hours per shift
- Minimum of 36 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care
- Assist with rehabilitation protocols
- Document patient progress accurately
- Float rotation may be required
Requirements
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Relevant state licensure
- Minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience
- Current certification and licensure
- Ability to start on or after 09/03/2026
