About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide patient care in a hospital setting. You will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring patients' conditions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Maintain patient records and documentation
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes to healthcare providers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide emotional support to patients and families

Requirements

• Current RN license in Wisconsin or a compact state
• One year of relevant experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Nights shift

• Alternate schedule: 3, 12-hour shifts: 07:00 - 19:30
