Travel Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse

Role: Travel MedSurg RN Responsibilities Provide high-quality bedside care to adult patients, including post-surgical, medical, and telemetry cases.Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and administer IV therapy and medications.Perform wound care and ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and support safe discharges.Educate patients and their families to promote understanding and recovery. Qualifications & Skills Strong clinical assessment and bedside care skills.Proficiency in IV therapy, medication administration, and wound care.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to document accurately and efficiently in electronic medical records.
