Travel Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse - $2,005 per week

Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, at a facility in Rockford, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Requirements

• 2 years of recent experience in Med Surg.
• Current BLS certification (certifications vary by location – job may require ACLS).
• Valid license and/or certification in state of practice.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Background and drug screen.

Qualifications

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
