About the role
GrapeTree Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a position at Grape Tree Medical Hospital in Sigourney, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assess patients’ needs and develop treatment plans.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Current licensure as an RN in the state of Iowa.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current BLS certification.
Qualifications
- At least one year of recent acute care experience preferred.
- Experience in Med Surg setting preferred.
