Responsibilities
- Operate imaging equipment, and review images to be sure they are of good quality and helpful for diagnosis
- Identify normal and abnormal imaging results, communicate a summary of the results to physicians/health professionals, and alert them to urgent problems
- Prepare patients for procedures and educate patients throughout the ultrasound exam
- Review patient medical history, record imaging results in patient records, and coordinate care with various departments within the facility
Qualifications
- Active certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree with coursework in sciences and anatomy
- American Heart Association BLS
- 2 years of recent relevant experience

Pay
$2,350 – $2,521 per week (estimated). Weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax‑free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals; stipend amount to be determined. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
