Travel Medical Lab Technician - $1,973 per week

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex laboratory testing following established procedures.
• Collect patient specimens, including performing phlebotomy.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation.
• Analyze, interpret, and accurately report laboratory results.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory quality assurance and safety standards.
• Participate in rotating weeknight and weekend on-call coverage.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical laboratory experience.
• Strong phlebotomy skills (required).
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
• Current MLS (ASCP) certification or equivalent CLS certification.
