About the role
The position involves performing a variety of medical laboratory procedures under the supervision of a licensed medical technologist.
Responsibilities
- Collecting specimens from patients
- Processing specimens using appropriate techniques
- Interpreting results and reporting findings to healthcare providers
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT)
- Experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred
