About the role
Aequor Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN MICU - Medical Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Assess patients’ conditions and develop treatment plans.
- Monitor vital signs and administer medications as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- At least two proven years experience as an RN.
- Current licensure to practice as an RN in the state of Alabama.
- Current BLS certification.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of medical intensive care unit procedures and protocols.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
