Travel Medical Assistant (Bilingual - Spanish)

Join us as a vital member of our healthcare team, delivering personalized medical support to a senior patient population both in-office and in the field. This role offers an exciting blend of travel, clinical assistance, and administrative coordination, making a real difference in patients’ lives through compassionate care and exceptional service. In this dynamic position, you will provide mobile assistance by visiting patients’ homes twice a week to facilitate health intake and support virtual visits, primarily working with patients aged 65 and older. The rest of your week will be spent at our corporate office, where you'll coordinate and schedule appointments, ensure accurate documentation, and deliver top-tier customer service. Your bilingual Spanish/English skills will be essential in creating a welcoming and effective communication experience for our diverse patient community. Located in Commerce, CA.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients’ homes twice a week to facilitate health intake and support virtual visits.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Deliver top-tier customer service.
• Travel to patients’ homes in the field as required.
• Manage documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Work 5 days per week with designated mobile and office responsibilities.

Requirements

• Previous Medical Assistant experience (1+ year preferred).
• Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfort with traveling to patients’ homes in the field twice weekly.
• Ability to manage documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Flexibility to work 5 days per week with designated mobile and office responsibilities.

Benefits

• Referral bonus: earn up to $500 per referral, with no limit on number of referrals or total amount.

Pay

$23.00 - $24.00/hr
