This role involves providing specialized Med Surg / Telemetry nursing care in a travel capacity.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and interpreting electronic patient data
- Managing bedside and equipment care
- Responding to irregular telemetry readings
- Connecting patients to monitoring machines
- Adjusting equipment
- Initiating corrective actions for adverse symptoms
Requirements
- 1‑2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Additional certifications may be required
- Physical demands: standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds; specific vision abilities
