Travel Med Surg/Telemetry RN - $3,215 per week

About the role

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a position in Middlebury, Vermont. Start date: September 17, 2026. Assignment duration: 6 weeks (also noted as a 13‑week contract). Schedule: 36 hours per week, 12‑hour night shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM).

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs.
• Provide care for patients with varying diagnoses including orthopedics, urology, ENT, GYN, and general surgery.
• Utilize a patient‑centered approach to care, ensuring safety and comfort for all patients.
• Engage in supportive care during transfer arrangements for patients requiring higher levels of care.
• Participate in emergency response protocols as a member of the Code 99 and Rapid Response teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical Telemetry RN experience.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications mandatory prior to start.
• EPIC experience within the past 2 years required.
• Charge RN experience with insulin and cardiac drip management essential.
