Travel Med/Surg Telemetry RN - $2,520 per week

About the role

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a hospital contract in Cleveland, Ohio. The position will start on August 28, 2026, last for 13 weeks, and work 36 hours per week with a 12-hour shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical-surgical and telehealth nursing care to adult patients on the Medical/Surgical unit.
• Float to units J1-2, J33, and ED as needed to care for the same patient population.
• Maintain and monitor patient outcomes and coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Recognize ECG rhythms, interpret findings, and respond accordingly.
• Complete documentation accurately and promptly in electronic health records.
• Work at least every other holiday to ensure continuous patient care coverage.

Requirements

The right candidate must have a current RN license, a BSN degree, and experience in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing. Candidates must also be able to float to various units and work holidays.
