About the role
GrapeTree Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a position in Lima, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Assess patients’ health needs and develop appropriate care plans.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio.
- Current BLS certification from an American Heart Association-approved course.
- Experience in Med Surg / Telemetry preferred but not required.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shift: 12 hours, nights.
