Travel Med Surg/Telemetry RN - $2,217 per week

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Windsor, Vermont. Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry. Discipline: RN. Start Date: 11/09/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Employment Type: Travel. The Medical Surgical Registered Nurse will coordinate total nursing care for patients, provide leadership, and participate in patient and family teaching. This position may involve working as a backup Charge Nurse and requires the ability to float to various units within the scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on a medical-surgical unit.
• Participate in patient and family education regarding health management and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with ancillary nursing and patient team personnel to maintain professional nursing standards.
• Perform duties as a Charge Nurse when requested.
• Manage patient care with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 or 1:5.

Requirements

• 2 years recent Med Surg Rehab experience.
• Previous travel nursing experience (minimum 3 months).
• Charge RN experience required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Active Vermont RN License or Compact license.
• Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Must have reliable transportation, as public transport is not available.

Schedule

Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:30 PM – 7:00 AM, with a 36‑hour guarantee per week.
