Responsibilities
Provide Med/Surg Telemetry nursing care during night shifts.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Perform ECG rhythm recognition and respond appropriately.
Document patient care accurately using Epic charting system.
Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.
