Travel Med/Surg Telemetry RN - $2,129 per week
About the role
Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, at a hospital in West Des Moines, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff
Requirements
- 2 years of recent experience in Med Surg / Telemetry
- Current BLS required (certifications vary by location – job may require ACLS)
- Valid license and/or certification in state of practice
- Valid Driver's License
- Background and drug screen
Qualifications

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
