Aequor Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry unit.
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
• Assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans.
• Perform routine patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

• At least two proven years of experience as an RN.
• Current licensure to practice as an RN in the state of Ohio.
• Current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR).
• Experience with telemetry monitoring equipment.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 12 hours long and occur 5 days a week.
