Travel Med/Surg Telemetry RN - $2,054 per week

About the role

Facility is currently looking for a M/S RN who can cover some tele to work 12 hour shifts. RN must have BLS, ACLS, and OH license.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry unit
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
• Perform patient assessments and document findings accurately
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and team meetings
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Requirements

• BLS, ACLS, and OH license required
• Current RN license in Ohio
• Experience in Med Surg / Telemetry preferred

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR)
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
