Aequor Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Show Low, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Assess patients’ physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• At least two proven years of experience as an RN.
• Current licensure to practice as an RN in the state of Arizona.
• Current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
