About the role
Aequor Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Reno, Nevada.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
- Perform patient assessments and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Requirements
- At least two proven years experience as an RN.
- Current licensure to practice as an RN in the state of Nevada.
- Current BLS certification.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
Skills
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 12 hours long and occur 5 days a week.
