This unit features a 10-bed capacity with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 5:1, emphasizing efficiency and high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to an assigned patient group within a fast-paced environment. Effectively communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions based on individual patient needs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities. Adhere to established protocols and standards of care while identifying opportunities for improvement. Qualifications Current BLS and ACLS certification required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a MedSurg or Telemetry nursing specialty. Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a high-turnover environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proof of nursing license verification via Nursys is a must.
