Aequor Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
- Perform patient assessments and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Requirements
- At least two years of proven experience as an RN.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Indiana.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Pay
