Travel Med Surg Telemetry RN - $1,666 per week

About the role

Join the dedicated Cardiac Unit team in Chattanooga, TN, a 30‑bed unit with a 6:1 patient‑to‑nurse ratio. As a Registered Nurse you will provide exceptional nursing care, utilize advanced cardiac knowledge, perform bedside and hourly rounding, and uphold the highest standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage cardiac patients using telemetry equipment.
• Administer medications including Heparin, Cardizem, Dobutamine, Dopamine, and Amiodarone drips per protocols.
• Perform chest tube and wound vac management.
• Document and acknowledge all telemetry applications and rhythm strips.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team rounds and report patient needs efficiently.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Cardiac nursing experience preferred.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

12‑hour day shift, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 36 hours per week for a 13‑week contract starting 10/19/2026.
