Requirements

• Experience: 2 Years
• Licenses: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
• Skills: BLS Required; ACLS Required, and NIH preferred, Tele competency required, previous charge experience preferred, community hospital experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Telemetry Nursing Care: Provide telemetry nursing care to adult patients in a hospital setting.
• Vital Signs Monitoring: Monitor patient vital signs and telemetry equipment to detect arrhythmias and other cardiac events.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Documentation: Document patient progress and interventions accurately in Epic charting system.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to patient needs and emergent situations, including during on-call hours as required.
