Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $1,893 per week

About the role

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a 13‑week hospital contract in Charleston, WV. The position starts 10/15/2026, requires 36 hours per week on 12‑hour shifts (19:00‑07:00), and is for a MS/Tele Registered Nurse providing telemetry, cardiac, pulmonary, and medical/surgical care to adult and geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for patients on a telemetry unit, including pulmonary, cardiac, and medical/surgical adult and geriatric patients.
• Monitor patient vitals and responses using centralized telemetry monitoring.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic charting system.
• Float within scope as needed to cover other units or responsibilities.

Requirements

• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• 2 years current experience in Cardiac Tele/Telemetry
• WV/Compact RN License (can submit with pending RN license)

Pay

Pay range: $1,811.47 – $1,902.04 per week (based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week). Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

36 hours per week, 12‑hour shifts, scheduled 19:00 – 07:00 (day/night). Contract length: 13 weeks.
