Travel Med Surg Tele RN - Weekly Pay

About the role

Experienced RN specializing in Med Surg / Telemetry, responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and discharge planning in a 48-bed hospital unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6, serving adult medical/surgical patients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
• Perform bedside testing as needed
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Participate in teamwork and professional growth opportunities

Requirements

• Valid RN license (North Carolina or compact state)
• BLS, NIHSS, and CPI-A certifications
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience
• Nursing diploma, ADN, or ASN (BSN/MSN preferred)
• Professional references
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Schedule

12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), three days per week, with flexibility for standby shifts.
