Travel Med Surg Tele RN - $2,440 per week

About the Role

ARMStaffing is seeking an experienced Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel contract position in Cleveland, Ohio. This role primarily involves providing high-quality care in medical-surgical and telemetry units, with potential to float to other units as needed.

Schedule

• 12-hour day shifts: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Weekend-only schedule: 3 shifts (Friday/Saturday/Sunday or Saturday/Sunday/Monday)
• 36 hours per week for 20 weeks

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in a medical-surgical and telemetry setting.
• Monitor and analyze patient conditions through telemetry assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and assist with medical procedures as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of combined permanent or travel experience as an RN in Med/Surg and Telemetry.
• Active Ohio RN license or compact state license required at time of submission.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
• Previous charge experience preferred.
• Must complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation with acceptable scores.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
