• Floating: Required to other adult medical/surgical nursing units
• Shifts: 0700–1930, 1100–2330, 2300–0700 (no self-scheduling; block scheduling based on staffing)
• Nurse-to-Patient Ratios: Days 1:4–5, Nights 1:5–6
• Unit Size: 29 beds

• 1–2 years of acute care nursing experience
