Travel Med Surg Tele RN - $2,424 per week

About the role

Travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry position in Cleveland, Ohio. Start date: October 23, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Hours: 36 hours per week (12‑hour shifts). Employment type: Travel. Shift pattern: rotating day and night shifts (night: 19:00‑07:30, day: 07:00‑19:30, 3×12‑hour each). The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care in a dynamic hospital setting, may require floating to units J1‑2, J33, and the Emergency Department, and calls for critical thinking skills and strong patient advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and monitor patient conditions.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about care processes and health management.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months permanent experience as a Registered Nurse in Med/Surg Tele.
• Active Ohio RN license or a multi‑state compact license.
• Certification in AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
• Previous charge experience preferred.
• Travel experience is a plus.

Schedule
