Travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry position in Warrensville Heights, Ohio (Cleveland, OH location). Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry. Discipline: RN. Start date: October 23, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Schedule: 36 hours per week, 12‑hour day shifts (7:00 am–7:30 pm). Employment type: Travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assessments in a med/surg telemetry unit.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Current and valid Ohio RN license or compact license in hand.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
• One professional reference from a manager, supervisor, or director in the nursing specialty is mandatory.
