MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel assignment in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Start date: October 5, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Schedule: 36 hours per week (12‑hour night shifts). Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry. Discipline: RN.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for primarily adult patients before and after surgical procedures
• Attend to patients being treated with pharmaceuticals to manage illness
• Be well‑versed in a large variety of health conditions due to the broad range of medical conditions encountered
• Complete assignments made by physicians
• Provide routine treatment and post‑surgical care
• Assess changes in patient's health status and perform various treatments
• Administer medication
• Maintain meticulous documentation of medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care between nursing staff, physicians, and other treatment team members

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• BLS certification
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an acute care Med/Surg setting
• Other requirements to be determined by the client facility
