- Document care
- Manage multiple patients
- Ensure infection control
- Advocate for patients
- Facilitate discharge planning
- Adhere to safety and regulatory standards
Qualifications and Skills
- One year of recent Med Surg RN experience
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical abilities include lifting, moving equipment, and maintaining concentration under pressure
