About the role

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and monitor cardiac telemetry.
• Administer medications and prepare patients for procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient information accurately.
• Ensure safety and infection control standards are met.
• Advocate for patient needs and facilitate discharge planning.

Requirements

• At least one year of recent Med Surg RN experience.
• Valid RN license.
• Current BLS certification.

Qualifications

Preferred certifications: NIHSS and ACLS.
