Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and monitor cardiac telemetry
• Administer medications and prepare patients for procedures
• Document care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Prioritize patient needs and ensure infection control
• Advocate for patients and facilitate discharge planning
• Adhere to safety protocols

Qualifications

• One year of recent Med Surg RN experience
• Valid RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Preferred certifications: NIHSS and ACLS

• Critical thinking and excellent communication
• Technical proficiency and physical endurance
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
• Visual acuity and physical ability to handle equipment and assist patients

Key duties

• Explain procedures and administer treatments
