Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and monitor cardiac telemetry
- Administer medications and conduct assessments
- Prepare patients for procedures and document care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Manage multiple patients and ensure safety protocols
- Facilitate discharge planning and advocate for patient needs
Requirements
- One year of recent Med Surg RN experience
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Preferred certifications: NIHSS and ACLS
- Critical thinking and strong communication skills
- Technical proficiency and physical stamina
- Adequate visual and sensory abilities
- Ability to work under pressure
