- Weekend Hours: Rotating
Requirements
- Required Certifications: ACLS
- Years of Experience: 2
- Float Requirements: Occasional to “like” unit
- Required Education: Bachelor’s degree
Unit Information
- Patient Ratios: 5:1 to 6:1
- Equipment: Telemetry monitors, Baxter IV pumps, Kangaroo pump, Bladder scanner, Dynamaps
- EHR: Cerner
- Patient Population: Adult and geriatric, 18 - 125
Skills
- Must Have: Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, ability to work with minimal supervision, ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
- Preferred: Experience on a medical/surgical unit
Dress Code
- Scrub Color: Galaxy Blue (Navy is also acceptable)
