About the role
This position requires a travel nurse RN with 2+ years of recent Medical-Surgical experience. The assignment is for 13 weeks starting August 17, 2026, with 36 hours per week and a 12-hour shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide care in a Med-Surg/Telemetry setting
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
- Assist with patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing treatments
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Iowa
- Valid BLS certification
- At least 2+ years of recent Medical-Surgical experience
- Experience with telemetry monitoring preferred
