Travel Med Surg RN - $2,034 per week

About the role

Travel Nurse RN Med Surg position in Saint Johnsbury, Vermont. Start date: December 16, 2026. 13‑week contract, 36 hours per week (three 12‑hour day shifts, 7 am‑7 pm, includes every other weekend). Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care in a dynamic Med/Surg unit.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide exceptional patient care for adult and pediatric patients.
• Utilize the Nursing Process to assess patient needs and implement care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accountability to the Unit Director and work closely with the Clinical Nurse Lead and/or Nursing Supervisor.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of acute care experience preferred.
• Current Vermont RN or multi‑state RN licensure required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required prior to start.
• Meditech experience preferred.
