About the Role
AMN Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Lorain, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical surgical nursing care on a 32-bed Med Surg/Oncology unit
- Perform CVC line draws, IV starts, and medication passes
- Utilize Hoyer lift, Arjo equipment, Alaris pump, Epidural/PCA pumps, Kangaroo pumps, and wound vacs
- Manage high flow oxygen therapy
- Work 12-hour night shifts
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification
- NIH certification
- Ability to pass Dysrhythmia Exam
- 2 references in entire work history
- Permanent address over 50 miles away (this position will not accept local candidates)
- Signed BSMH right to represent via docusign
Qualifications
- Oncology experience preferred, not required
Pay
Pay rate: $1888.00 - $2005.00
Schedule
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 36 hours per week
- 12-hour night shifts
- Start date: ASAP (6/29/2026 available)
