As a vital member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care during the night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Responsibilities Deliver patient care by assessing patients’ conditions, administering medications, and developing care plans. Monitor patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care outcomes. Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health maintenance. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations and policies. Respond promptly to patient needs and ensure a safe and supportive environment. Qualifications Current and valid nursing license as a Registered Nurse (RN). Experience in a medical/surgical or orthopedic setting is preferred. Strong critical thinking and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team. Location This position is located in City, State. Schedule This role is scheduled for night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
