This position involves working in a fast-paced environment providing high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and document patient condition and progress regularly. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care goals. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Adhere to all nursing and hospital policies and procedures. Qualifications Current RN license in the state of practice. Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg nursing experience required. Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred. Schedule This position is for the night shift, with hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
