Travel Med Surg RN - $1,701 per week

About the Role

AMN Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Arlington, Texas. This position places you in a 493-bed Level II trauma center, an acute care facility with advanced medical and surgical services using Meditech electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Arlington is a 30-minute drive from Dallas, where you can visit the Dallas Museum of Art, and in Arlington you can explore AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for adult medical-surgical patients
• Monitor conditions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Required Qualifications

• Current Texas or Compact RN license
• At least one year of recent medical-surgical nursing experience
• Proficiency with EMR systems
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
• SSN required
• DOB required
• Work history should not have more than 90 days of gap in the last year
• Will be required to pass ECG testing during onboarding

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
