Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated.

Common Diagnoses/Types of Patients
- Total knees, total hips, shoulder replacements
- COPD, diabetes, wounds, IV infusions, dementia, oncology, fractures
- Ambulatory dysfunction, appendicitis, acute respiratory distress, CHF, dementia, ETOH/drug abuse
Are RNs required to titrate drips?
No
Shifts & Scheduling
- 0630-1900, 1830-0700
- Self-scheduling
Weekend Requirement
- Every third weekend
- Friday and Saturday are considered the weekend for nights.
Floating Requirements
- Will float to PCU and McDermott (behavioral health)
