Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to med/surg patients in a hospital setting.
- Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and update care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Document patient information accurately using Epic electronic charting.
- Float within scope to other units or facilities as needed to meet operational demands.
