Travel Med Surg Nurse

Role: Med Surg Travel Nurse Responsibilities: Provide inpatient care to a diverse adult population, including post-op, chronic, and acute patients. Conduct assessments, administer IVs and medications, perform wound care, monitor patient conditions, and ensure accurate EHR documentation. Collaborate with physicians and care teams, educate patients and families, and maintain safety and infection-control standards. Qualifications & Skills: Strong clinical skills in med-surg nursing, ability to assess and respond to patient needs, proficiency in medication and IV administration, wound care expertise, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of EHR documentation and safety protocols is essential. Key Duties: Deliver comprehensive nursing care, monitor patient progress, coordinate with healthcare team, educate patients, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
